The route of the Parade for the Celebration of the Year of the Ram (21/2, 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm; 28/2, 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm) takes it through some of the most interesting districts of the city, with nicely decorated floats and also performing groups from Italy, Portugal, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand and more. Hong Kong songstress Miriam Yeung will perform at the Opening Ceremony of the first Parade (21/2, Macau Science Centre), while Hong Kong crooner Andy Hui will perform at the same Parade (21/2, Sai Van Lake Square). Hong Kong singer Stephy Tang will perform at the second Parade (28/2, Iao Hon Market Park). Catch Cultural Performances at Sai Van Lake Square (21/2) and in Iao Hon Market Park (28/2) as the closing for the celebrations and a spectacular Fireworks Display (21/2, 11:00 pm, Macau Tower and Kun Iam Ecumenical Centre seafront) on the third day of Lunar New Year.The floats will be exhibited after the parade (11:00 pm on 21/2 to 5:00 pm on 28/2, Sai Van Lake Square; 10:00 pm on 28/2 to 6:00 pm on 8/3, Tap Seac Square) and the public is welcome to take photos.
